Hilton London Watford

This particular Hilton Hotel is situated close to the company’s Head Office and so the main goal was to provide a high quality venue that would become Hilton’s showroom for potential new clients.

We were tasked with remodelling the interior lobby and bar areas in line with the Hilton brand guidelines whilst delivering an immersive public entrance lobby space, bar area and toilets. By focusing the design around this criteria, we were able to design a public space that is attractive to local residents and visitors to Watford, as well as to regular hotel guests.

We were heavily inspired by the former Brunswick Brewery, Hille furniture designs and of course, Mod culture. By use of subtle rich colour accents and bold artwork pieces we created an authentic way for guests to connect with Watford’s heritage. All of these inspirations and links can be seen in almost every aspect of the design, from the artwork right through to the lighting and fabric selections.
