Holiday Inn Lincoln

Lincoln is an incredibly historic city, and so when we were approached by Kew Green Hotels to design and deliver a modern design that was also in keeping with the vibrant atmosphere of the city we were excited to get started.

In total, the interior design solution saw a brand new 55 bedroom extension to the rear of the existing Holiday Inn Hotel in Lincoln.

As it is situated on the city’s central Wharf, we collaborated closely with local architects, consultants and the archaeologist excavation team to ensure the work was completed in line with the historic nature of the area.

IHG have bedroom design guidelines, so we worked with the team to ensure all designs and the various bedroom layouts were in keeping with the branding and strict budget assigned.
